Characteristics: This
wine comes from gamay grapes that are put in vats for
a few days of maceration before being ‘bled’.
The ‘bled’ juice is then fermented like
a white wine.
To accompany: Our rosé is always
lively, with hints of soft red fruits (redcurrants,
raspberries, wild strawberries). To be drunk chilled,
on a beautiful summer evening!
Appellation: Mâcon Cruzille Rosé
Ageing: 6 months in oak barrels
Grape variety: Gamay
Production: 1200 bottles
Soil type: Clayey limestone.
