Characteristics: This
is our oldest Pinot Noir vineyard. Our grandfather went
to the Côte de Beaune in 1956 to get grafts to
replant this parcel with this noble grape variety. Noble,
but capricious. This is the reason why we only bottle
this cuvee in excellent vintages. This is a very seductive
wine which has all the delicacy of a Pinot Noir without
the bitter edge. With an aroma of wild strawberries,
it is very pleasant to drink, even when it is young.
A real delight!
To accompany: La Myotte goes well with
red meats and cheeses such as Cîteaux, Reblochon
and St. Félicien.
