Characteristics: Produced
from the noble Burgundian grape variety, Pinot Noir,
this wine is the result of the blending of two vineyards,
‘Les Champs de Bray’ and ‘Les Genièvrières’.
The wine has strong overtones of red fruits (blackcurrants
and Morello cherries) and can start to be drunk after
two years.
To accompany: The elegance and the
fruitiness of this wine make it ideal to be drunk during
a meal (red meat, poultry, cheese).
